Warranty Period
The warranty period for NEXPOW products is 12+12* (*exclusive to email subscriber) months. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.

 

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

You could fully refund your undamaged NEXPOW Products purchased in 30 days without giving any reason. When we receive the returns and finish the inspection, the refund will be back in your account in 10 working days.

In order to get your refund successfully, you should know:

  • Returns must include all accessories
  • Items must include original packaging
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, NEXPOWrefunds the cost of the product itself
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
  • Day Money-Back Guarantee only could be requested within 30 days after you get the products.To get the service of 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, you should contact the channel where you place the order.

Return process

Step 1: Provide your order number via email service@nexpow.com.

Step 2: When we pass your refund request, you will receive our warehouse address where the product should be returned to.

Step 3: You could expect to get your refund within 10 working days after we receive the returns.

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

All quality-related defects of your products purchased from NEXPOW’s authorized distributors and retailers are covered by the 24-month warranty starting from the date when you receive the product. If you have requested a replacement, the replaced products will continue the warranty of your original order. Example:

  • You purchased a NEXPOW product with a 24-month warranty and received it on 01/01/2022.
  • After finding a quality-related defect, you requested a replacement on 02/01/2022.
  • The warranty period of the replacement is still from 01/01/2022to 01/01/2024.

The warranty is restricted to the country of purchase, meaning that you can only claim the warranty in the country where you purchase the product. Please feel free to contact us directly via service@nexpow.com, whenever you find any defects in our products.

Shipping costs must be covered by buyers in the following situations:

  • Returning products for any reasons other than a proven defect
  • Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
  • Buyer’s accidental returns
  • Returning personal items
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns(any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Items that have expired their warranty period
  • Non quality-related issues(after 30 days of purchase)
  • Free products
  • Repairs through 3rd parties
  • Damage from outside sources
  • Damage from misuse of products(including but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
  • Purchases from illegitimate resource

NEXPOW is not liable for:

  • Loss incurred from the use of NEXPOW products
  • Returning personal items sent to NEXPOW

When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by NEXPOW, NEXPOW takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. When returning items for non-quality issues, buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.
