The product was good for a month and all of a sudden it starts freezing, restarting, while recording it will blank out and show a green screen. It will even freeze during start up and repeat to startup ring tone for hours! I think there is a malfunction because when I unplug it the screen will stay on frozen for up to 20 minutes.
I would love to use my dash cam but the instructions are TERRIBLE It doesn't even tell you what each button does. I'm about to send this thing back
Received this for Christmas. Had a part missing that should have been installed from the factory. There should be a piece on the camera to mount the windshield clip to, and it's not there. So there is no way to mount the camera. Sent 4 emails, and have gotten zero response. There is no phone number to call. Money wasted. would not recommend this company to anyone.
I can't seem to find a user manual for my dash cam. I like the product, but am having problems finding out how to reset the simple things. I know losing the documentation that came with the device is on me, but why is it so difficult to download the info again.

Device will no longer power on after 89 days. Speaker sounds like it blown.
