Started a dead SUV after 6 months....started right up! But they need to improve the clamp plug.. And yes I need a new plug but they claim they don't sell them separately!!! Not good!
I bought this product and was so excited to use it but after just one use the clamp cables came apart and need to be replaced. To be fair, it did jump my battery with no problem but be sure to stock up on extra clamp cables.
Bad design of cable. When I unplugged the cable from the unit the casing comes off the plug. It is very difficult to pull it out and the casing comes off. I had to buy a new cable and the same thing happened. I need a third cable with a better design and quality or I suggest the NOCO product.
