NEXPOW Q9B 2500A Peak 22000mAh Jump Starter

In AZ, dead battery in a parking lot, with temperature in 100s. I pulled out the NEXPOW Q9B it took less than 5 minutes to get the battery jumped and me on my way. This is part of my emergency car kit since Aug 2023, my first use. As a women it provides a great sense of relief to have this resource. Thank you NEXPOW.

Have gotten as far as learning how to charge it from my desktop. It is more "comprehensive" (complicated) than I anticipated and I have not had the time yet to filter through all of it. I bought it because of a very good review from my Bro-in-law who has one. I am anticipating that I will Love it!!!

Can't get a hold of the company to order a part. Can not find a parts list on the web site.

We purchased the battery charger it had a 80 percent charge when we received so it didnt talk long to charge it to 100% anyway the battery was completely dead and within a few minutes the truck turned on and it only used 2 % to charge it! I totally recommend this charger!
